Mustard, Mustard Oil, Cloves, Cinnamon, Chillies, Fenugreek, Coriander, I.Salt

HOW TO USE

3 kg. raw mango pieces with salt and whip turmeric powder and take it in the pot for 48 hours. Shake it four times in this periods and later dry the mango pieces till water comes out.then heat the mustard oil and cool it and mix pickle  in the vip masala 200g with mustard oil. use after 15 days. Pour 1.700 kg jaggery to make sweet pickle.
