Chilies, Coriander, I. Salt, Badiyan, Cloves, Taj Pan, Black Pepper, Nutmeg, Cardamom, Javantri, Oil, dry ginger, cumin, turmeric, cinnamon, Amchur Nagkeshar.. ( all ingredients in this powder)
HOW TO USE
Wet the grains and cereals, add 1 teaspoon of masala in mutton, and boil for 2 hours. Fry the onion in heat oil and mix ginger, garlic, boiled mutton/vegetable, and the rest of masala and wet grains and cereals. Add green coriander, lemon, mint, roasted onion.
